What to have ready
Having four things ready makes the first conversation considerably more useful, and lets any quote you receive be closer to a real number.
- Your ZIP code. Coverage and pricing are both set by ZIP rather than by city name.
- Property type and size. House, apartment, hotel or care facility, and roughly how many rooms or units are involved.
- What you have actually found. Live insects, dark staining on the mattress seam, shed skins, or bites only. These lead to different next steps.
- How long it has been going on. Two weeks and six months are very different jobs, and the honest answer helps more than a cautious one.
Why there is no address on this site
We publish no street address because we operate as a service-area business rather than from a location you would ever visit. The treatment happens at your property, carried out by a licensed Washington exterminator. Listing an address we do not work from would be misleading, so we do not list one.
