What the service is
The service is a referral service. We connect people who need bed bug or pest control work with licensed pest control companies operating in their area. We do not perform inspections or treatments, we do not hold a pesticide applicator licence, and we do not enter your property.
Any inspection, treatment, warranty or guarantee is provided by the licensed company you engage, under a contract between you and that company. We are not a party to it.
No endorsement or vetting guarantee
We route enquiries to companies that represent themselves as licensed and as covering your ZIP code. We do not independently audit their work, supervise their technicians, or guarantee their performance, and a referral is not an endorsement.
You should satisfy yourself before engaging any company. Confirm current licensing and insurance, ask for the scope in writing, and check what the warranty covers and what voids it. Our cost page sets out the specific questions worth asking.
Pricing information is guidance, not a quote
Every price range published on this site is general guidance based on 2026 regional pricing for Washington. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not a commitment by us or by any pest control company.
Actual pricing depends on what a technician finds at your property: room count, square footage, infestation severity, method, visit count, preparation and warranty length. Only the company performing the work can quote it, and only after an inspection.
Legal information is not legal advice
Where this site describes Washington tenancy law, including RCW 59.18.060 and RCW 59.18.130, it is general information published to help you understand the landscape. It is not legal advice, it does not account for the facts of your tenancy, and reading it creates no attorney-client relationship.

- Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Deal directly with the pest control company. Scheduling, pricing, payment, access and any dispute are between you and that company.

The text, tables, layout and design of this site belong to Washington Bed Bug Solutions. You are welcome to read it, print it for your own use, and link to it. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
We work to keep the information here accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them or when they are reported. We do not warrant that every figure is free of error at every moment, and pricing and coverage both change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Washington Bed Bug Solutions is not liable for losses arising from the work of any pest control company you engage, from reliance on general pricing or legal information published here, or from any interruption in the availability of this site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Because we provide the referral at no charge to you, any liability we do carry is limited accordingly.
Third-party services and links
Calls are connected through a telephony provider under its own terms. This site embeds no third-party form, script or tracker. We link to outside resources such as statutes and tenant advocacy organisations for your convenience, and we do not control their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Washington state courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top of the page shows the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
